River Road South, Middle Provo River. The air temperature was approximately 45°, and the water temp was around 40°. This is my second time out this year, and it was much slower than last Thursday.

The water temperature was approximately 50° and air temperature was approximately 55°. Winds were pretty strong as today was a “warm before the storm” day. I stumbled upon a water scorpion!

Took a client out on a Friday and was able to get a spot below CF 2 AND a nice midge hatch for 2-3 hours. Was happy to help him net his first fish on a dry fly.
