I started Hatch Academy to be different from most guide outfits. Guide services (while completely awesome!) tend to do all the work for you. At Hatch, I will teach you how to do things (so, you know, you can learn). Think of it like a hybrid instructional course and guide trip bundled into one!

Whether you just got a new rod and reel for Christmas or your birthday, or you’ve had one for a while and need someone to teach you how to use it, Hatch Academy is geared towards those just learning (or have never learned) how to fly fish, and those looking to expand their skills and abilities.

I won’t guarantee you any fish, but you will learn to fish!
